Refund Policy

Summary
We want you to pay only for what is useful to you.
New subscriptions
If you have not used any credits from a payment, you can get a full refund within 7 days of that payment.
If you used some credits
Within 7 days of payment, we refund the share of the payment for credits you did not use. After 7 days, payments are not refundable, but you can cancel so you are not charged again.
Extra credit packs
Unused extra credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
When something went wrong
If a task used credits because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will return those credits, whatever the date.
How to ask
Email billing@codestilt.com from your account email with the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the original card within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
