How fast can we start?
A team can start the same day: create the team, invite people, install the desktop app. We turn on the Teams plan once we agree on seats.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Everyone can start on the Free plan with 100 credits a month, and we can discuss a trial for a team.
Do you support SSO?
Not yet. Today staff sign in with an email code or link, Google or GitHub. SSO with SAML or OIDC is on our roadmap; tell us if you need it.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, Enterprise customers can pay yearly by invoice.
